1) Interesting new, local start-up just launched connecting local chefs (or
just good cooks) to local eaters: http://www.dishcourse.us/ The woman who
started it is a recent UofM law grad and got support from some of the
Gopher Angels (http://www.gopherangels.com/).
2) I heard this story on NPR tonight about a fireman in OK developing an
app to better pinpoint storm shelters. It seemed like the type of idea that
could be used in other regions with natural disasters like the upper
Midwest.
