We are all in the same fight, no matter which part of Oxford we love
the most. There will be a silent demonstration outside the Town Hall
at 8:30 am on Tuesday 12th August, against Spring, a branch of
Castlemore, the developers who are appealing to the Inspectorate to be
allowed to destroy the Castle Mill Boatyard, in Jericho, with their
hideous block of 54 flats, FOUR STOREYS HIGH!
We welcome anyone who can come along and join in. There will be a
limited supply of placards at the demonstration. The hearing will last
6 working days and anyone can enter and listen. Please make sure to
sign the register so that your attendance is recorded and you will
receive a copy of the Inspector's final report.
If you are not familiar with the boatyard fight, all the information
you need is on jcby.co.uk
