No more condos or apartments! I feel like everywhere they are going
up--Millwood, near Staples, and more.
I'd love a Market Basket but I guess the parking lot isn't big enough??? Not
sure why, seems big enough compared to the one in Ashland that is in a plaza
with a lot of other stores.
A cute restaurant or diner. A bakery. Maybe a post office branch, something
that would bring people to the plaza and then make them more likely to use the
other businesses. A fro yo place like sweet spot, maybe a salon. Trying to
think of places that locals would walk to but others would want to drive to as
well. Have someone drive through downtown Natick, and main street in Hudson,
and see what types of businesses they have. I think this could be ideal for
those types of businesses.

''no zoning change'',
we have too many people in framingham as it is, more people is not a solution
to blight, blight doesn't clog up our roads and hit little league baseball
players as they are crossing right up the street,
blight doesn't cost $17,000, per year to educate, blight doesn't stand four
stories tall and can be seen from almost every amenity on the south side,
you can fix blight, you can't fix what's planned for mt wayte ave, we haven't
even explored a ''blight tax'' in town,
the owner of the mt wayte property made a bad investment, why should we bail
him out,?

What if what the market brings is housing?
