find that the inner manila envelope has my name on it. This means that
when you vote, the person who opens the envelope can see how you voted.
I thought there was an agreement that voting should be anonymous.
Years ago in a MTA union election we had double envelopes so that the
inner envelope with no signature protected your anonymity when it was
opened at a later date by different people.
Similarly when SAT tests were graded you only had a number on your test
sheet and that was later correlated with your name by others at a
different time.
Did anyone else have this thought?
