Option 1 is for 750β925 homes on land to the north-west of Barton Park reaching
as far as the Marston flyover:

Option 3 is for 2900β3250Β homes. This would also include the land of Wick Farm,
promoted by Berkeley Strategic Land Ltd. This is separately owned by Wick
Farming Ltd, but the owners are keen to develop their land with Christ Church.
This development would include a local centre, country and local park, and a
cemetery:

This is all South Oxfordshire District Council land, and its Scrutiny Committee
will decide at its meeting on Tuesday 13 December 2018 whether to include the
Christ Church and Wick Farm land in a list of sites to consider as preferred
options.
