Hi All
My name is Geoff Iles and i manage the The Park Gym, situated at The Park,
as part of the Knowle West Physical Activity Project. Its a bran-spanking
new facility, which is available to everyone and anyone. Take a look at the
attached poster to explore all the great services we offer including a *FREE
TRIAL SESSION*.
Additional Services not on the poster:
*Teen Fit:* Exercise sessions for children aged between 14 - 16 years old
between 3 -4.30pm only £1.50 per child
External groups:
We offer our services to groups such as Florence Brown, Include Group,
Rethink and many others. So if you an organisation who engages with special
population groups and would like to incorporate exercise into your daily
activities then give us a call on 01173773382 and ask for Geoff.
Football/Netball Courts:
We have a state of the art Football/Netball facility available for hire for
just £15 per hour. Call Joy or park reception on 01179033770
