than 2 weeks, we have had delivery problems. Their response? "The carrier
quit.." .Don't they have subs, or someone in management who could take over the
route? A call to report it results in a typical 10 minutes on hold. Then half
the time the requested paper isn't delivered anyway. And to get credited for
non-delivery, we have to call AGAIN! And no, I do not want an on-line paper...
I know our block has problems, and wonder how far this problem goes? Any other
folks having the same problem? I would like to let them know.
