Includes the Village B 3 zoning currently being proposed - this bylaw is likely
in the future to apply to other Villages, crossroads, corridor roads and
junctions of much of the city. If you have comments please attend the
meeting or send emails to the Planning Board and city officials, including the
City Councilors and the Mayor.
Currently this bylaw could allow buildings up to 4 stories and up to 50 ft in
height.
Amend the Framingham Zoning By-law –Section I.E (Definitions), Section II.B
(Table of Use), Section J (Village B-3 Zoning District), Section IV.E
(Dimensional Regulations), Section VI.G (Variances)To see if the City
Councilwill vote to amend the Framingham Zoning By-Law by amending the
Definitions (Section I.E), amending the Table of Use (Section II.B) relative to
B-3 Zoning, add a new Section II.J Village (B-3) Zoning District, amend Section
IV.E Dimensional Regulation relative to B-3 zoning, and amend Section VI.G
relative to B-3 Zoning.
