Just in case some people missed it, there was a link to the
attachment near the bottom of Charles Bolton's message. When someone
attaches a file to a message in this forum, its automatically
uploaded into our files section and a LINK is inserted into the
email, near the footer.
To forward this file, you'll first need to download it.
If you are ever looking for an attachment in a message on this forum,
look toward the bottom of the message for something that looks like
this (if you are posting a file, remind people to look for the link):
