St. Paul Public Schools Board of Education is still seeking community
members for the Capital Expenditures Advisory Committee.
This committee's purpose is to review and comment on major capital
expenditures planned by the district. Applicants should have an interest in
capital projects and the ability to work with a large advisory committee as
a team members.
We need people who think strategically and are willing to look district-wide
and consider what best meets the long-term needs of our students.
Meets Wed evenings up to 2x/month, 7-9 pm; one-year term. The Board is
looking for a mix of community members with connections to SPPS, experience
and expertise in planning and/or building projects, and/or experience
working on district committees.
Please follow the link below for the application and more information.

Even if you're not able to serve at this time, please think of peple you
know who might be interested. It's really quite interesting and absolutely
important. If you'd like more information on what the committee does and why
it matters, let me know and I'll put you in touch with members.
Hurry, however...there's important work to do and we need your help!
