turn out we can expect for the March 1st precinct caucuses in South
Minneapolis (SD62 - includes all or parts of Whittier, Powderhorn, Stevens
Square, Philips neighborhoods).
This has just become possible for the public to detect by checking official
sources, yet the window for the party unit to fix this on its own or for an
outside agency is obviously very limited. The press should cover it, and I
think the ACLU or similar groups with an interest in voting rights should
consider filing suit.
Here's my story on how and when I found this out:

This clearly disadvantages the Sanders campaign and its supporters
statewide based on comparisons to 2008... and punishes a district that did
support Hillary that time. The persons most responsible for this failure
are DNC members and super delegates who support Clinton, Rick Stafford and
DFL Party Chair Ken Martin...
I do hope there is a way to secure enough right-sized venues for these
caucuses in or near their precinct boundaries. Let's try to get this fixed
before the caucus, because recounts and audits after the fact, like they've
done in Iowa, leave people disenfranchised and reward this kind of possible
malice with delegates...
