Committee for the Creation of the New City of Framingham Seal
The Framingham City Council is seeking to appoint several individuals to an ad
hoc committee for the creation of a new City of Framingham Seal. In accordance
with the Framingham Home Rule Charter, Article X: Transitional Provisions,
Section 7(w), “The Council shall create a committee chaired by the City Clerk
to create and oversee a community-wide process to design a new seal or adapt
the current seal for the City of Framingham by 2020. The current Town seal
shall remain the official seal of Framingham until such time as the Council has
approved a replacement.”

together!” said Framingham City Clerk, Valerie Mulvey.

Visit the City Council Office located in Room 113, of the Memorial Building
located at 150 Concord Street
All completed applications must be received by the City Council no later than
Thursday, February 15, 2018. A resume and/or a letter of interest may be
included with your application submission.
