In case those of you not experienced with the East Side of St. Paul have the
opportunity to join the throngs of people at Lake Phalen tommorow for
Waterfest. There is a 5K walk/run starting at 9:00 am various informational
booths at the pavilion, a raptor exhibition and voyager canoe rides with
Wilderness Inquiry.
Both the St. Paul Parks & Recreation Sailing Instructional Program and the
St. Paul Sailing Club will be passing out flyers promoting sailing.
