Hi, all-
Gaia willing & if the creeks don't rise, I will be teaching an
eight-week course on water harvesting and watershed restoration at Luna
Community College as part of their continuing education program. The
classes will begin on Sept. 6.
Course fee is $30, and the classes will be on Saturday mornings from
9-11 a.m.
This course will provide a practical knowledge of
Soil structure
Reading a landscape for water flow
Identifying and abating runoff and erosion
Working with the four elements to retain water
Small-scale earthworks for water harvesting
Rooftop water harvesting
Simple strategies for greywater usage
And much more.
I will post details (classroom number and how to sign up) as soon as I
get the info from LCC
The class will be happening, and I have the details for signing up --
