purposes only: 1. The current PUD proposal is for 360 residential units. All
will be apartments or condos in both townhouse and apartment building style.2.
The land north of the aqueduct will be left undeveloped as open space.3. There
will be primarily 2 and 3 bedroom units.4. The zoning bylaw for the PUD
specifies that no more than 20% of the units shall be apartments. The
applicant is requesting a variance from the ZBA for 66% of the units to be
apartments.5. The bylaw states that 10% of the units shall be affordable and
be dispersed throughout the entire projects. The applicant is requesting that
all the affordable units be in the apartments and not in the owner-occupied
units.6. The applicant is requesting a height variance for the apartment
buildings. The ZBA meeting is this evening at 7:30 in the Blummer Room on the
