A very happy holiday to you all. I've been reflecting on change -- both for
myself, and as the leader of my yoga community...
Creating new healthy habits that are successful requires more than just
intention - it requires implementation. And that, my friends, takes a
village! Which is only a molehill comment of the mountain of gratitude I
have to be a part of the Modus Locus community. I'd love to see some new
faces in the New Year, and please feel free to reach out to chat about your
health goals and if yoga could be a supportive path to get you there. Happy
New Year!
#YogaWithCalley Alignment Flow
Fridays 12noon - 1:00
@ Modus Locus Community Space
(3500 Bloomington Ave. S.)
This class works on the foundational alignment of common yoga poses, tying
themes from yoga philosophy into our practice and lives. More movement in
the first half for warming up and building strength, and slower movement in
the second half for restoration and flexibility.
Class is made available using a Dana (generosity) System:
Dana utilizes the idea that teachings are given freely because they are
priceless. Dana is given from the heart: Generosity offerings of money
support not only the teacher, but the community at large, and your own
practice.
Consultation hours are held 30 minutes before class, and 60 minutes after
class. This is a time to bring questions about how Calley teaches, or
specific needs for your body and state of health. Calley’s client history
