1. 5 min. Introductions
2. 10 min. Report from Sept. 12 volunteers (tabling and workshop).
Lessons learned. What needs to be done. Evaluation.
3. 10. min. Introduction Katy Schulz, our Technology Liason at Rondo
Community Outreach Library. Rondo Community. Perspectives of St. Paul E-
Democracy involvement at Rondo from library's point of view.
4. 10 min. 3. 15 min. - Promotion/engagement ideas. What needs to be
done. Who do we need to involve? Who will do it. Cathi Lyman-Onkka is
in charge of promotion task force.
5. 10 min. Podcasting Days. Structure, shape, invitees. Marc Trimble
can only do it at 6:30. Who will do it at 3:00? Training?
5. 10 min. As part of a MNSNet planning grant processes with other
group, I chose to assign grant to the work of St. Paul E-Democracy at
Rondo. It is $1,000 for planning that has already taken place (needs
assessment, which we did in the spring; surveys and community meetings,
which
we did in the summer, planning of program structure, which we did in
the summer, etc.). My strong inclination, is to use the money in DIRECT
benefit to the library users enhancing skills-building beyond the
familiarization program we are implementing (e.g, scholarships to SPNN,
transportation, etc.) or enhancing greater participation of library
users in future programs (e.g, pizza for youth groups, day care, taking
cookies
and drinks to a neighborhood organization meeting, a simple flier
with date, hours and description of workshops, etc.), (COME PREPARED
WITH SUCCINCT IDEAS.
6. 5 min. Wrap up. Task and action items for the following meeting on
October 17)

Please bring a printed copy of your SPED at Rondo calendar. Need to
swap a tabling date? Great time to do it! [Michelle cannot table on
October 3 - Can anyone fill in? Thanks.] Just mark it in the master
list at the meeting.
