The new orange bag recycling system seem to be on a downwards path, first
the bags were delivered but now those who want them are told to collect the
bags from a local service centre. I tried this at Stratford LSC on Friday
but no bags were to be had nor promises as to when they might be.
Anyone else having problems getting the bags? Anyone just stopped bothering
when they stopped delivering them?
