We are putting in a small patio, and so now have a huge pile of FREE black dirt in our driveway! There are two piles, one would be great for a garden (that's closest to the yard), and the other would be good fill (it has rocks in it - closest to alley). Piles will probably be there all week...4142 25th Ave.
The better garden dirt is gone, but there is still the black dirt w/rocks in it (it's from under a rock bed - river rock)...probably best for fill/grading/drainage project! 4142 25th Ave.
It's all gone! Wow...thanks e-dem neighbors! Especially to the gentleman who cleaned up so nicely after finishing a pile, and to someone else that left a "thank you" note - lovely:)
We did all of our landscaping at Northbound Smokehouse & Brewpub yesterday, and we ended up with a few extra cubic yards of black dirt. It's free for the taking. Feel free to stop by and pick up as much as you need. We'll be there this afternoon finishing up some edging. If you have any questions call me at Six One Two - Three Two Eight - Fourteen Fifty.
I am building a garage and the contractor removed a significant amount of black dirt for the foundation. It is in a large pile off the alley behind 4216 26th Ave South. First come first serve.
We have a fairly large pile of (mostly) clean black dirt that was dug up from our backyard this summer during the installation of our patio. Feel free to come on by and take as much or as little as you need!
The pile is located under a blue tarp in the alley/driveway at 3916 22nd Ave s
