future ones will show more of the surrounding area
β’ Entrance that will be used (Edmands road)
β’ Previous experience of the applicant?
β’ Length lease? l(longterm) SVT asked about bldg removal if no longer used,
Doug said it could house many cows
β’ 61a? (yes, for the remainder of the farm which will stay as it is.)
β’ City warter/irrigation...city water already available and will be recycled
β’ Solar panels - yes
β’ Southboro residents present and asked about traffic, property values and if
there would be a Conservation restriction on remaining land
β’ Traffic amount and size of vehicles (vans, a couple a day; workers will park
off-site and take a shuttle to facility)
