Hello neighbors. This morning, June 14, 2015, (around 7:45am) my mother in law
was bitten by a large white dog on 22nd Ave NE between Howard and Washington --
near Edison High School. The owner was with the dog (a tall, thin, Caucasian
woman, likely in her 30s or 40s). She apologized, but did not stop and did not
mention if the dog had been vaccinated for rabies. The dog was fairly large,
white or mostly white, and furry. We are only interested in finding the dog and
the owner to make sure the dog has had a rabies vaccine. The rabies vaccination
process is painful and very expensive, and we'd like to avoid it if possible.
If anyone has any information, please contact us as quickly as possible. We
need to make a decision right away about whether or not to go ahead with the
