no crenelations. Aargh! Granted, I never ate their food, but their coffee was
good and their bathroom was clean.
I remember being a child at Colrain and Hopple transfer point in Cincinnati and
the White Castle sign said 6 cents. We begged our mother for one, but she was
adament. Said it's all oatmeal with holes in it. I finally tasted them at 18 or
so when I was earning a living, but they made me sick so I never ate them
again. Still, the visual was iconic.
Now the building is grey and, peeking in the window, it looks like some kind of
restaurant. Not the same, but change is the only constant.
