The grey Toyota driver who this morning turned left out of Barton Road into
London Road, mounted the cycle lane section of the pavement and hit my left
hand as I approached the junction falls into this latter category. The impact
was sufficient to flip the car's wing mirror closed.
At that junction a lot of drivers struggle with the idea of an east-west cycle
lane crossing the end of Barton Road.

from the Oxford Bus Company sounds good the first time you receive the message
but less helpful after several incidents when you gain the impression that
they're really just using "Data Protection" as an excuse to evade further
enquiry.
