Assuming there are no duplicates (and there are) our first alert elicited 80
responses, our second alert less than 50. HSLDA's version has prompted a few
more than 50 responses so far.
Emails to private schools = 75
Postal letters to private schools = 112
Nonpublic school responses = Less than 6 that we know of...

signs certification designed for nonpublic schools.

Please revise the proposed rule for driver permits as follows:
"Self-certification: Home school operators, i.e. parents or guardians, and
private school administrators will certify 90% attendance and an
assessment-based academic proficiency with their signatures on a unique
non-public certification form that will not include access to private records,
or require PED-approved assessments."
Step 2: Send your written comments by email to:

b) Include the following heading to your email:

Step 3: Forward your comments to Governor Richardson
(as your only elected official in this equation)

Message: Introduce yourself. Thank him for his efforts to improve the
quality of the public schools. Ask that the proposed rules linking driver

schools.
