I like to look at houses/condos on the Internet just for fun, and today I found
a condo listed for $698,000 with a property tax valuation of $260,000.
Is this kind of difference between asking price and property valuation common
in Minneapolis?
If so, does it mean some properties are being undervalued for tax purposes?
