Judy noted she was having "...water "harvesting" and..." "...a "sun-pipe" and
solar panel fitted" on her house.  Does Oxford City Council actively support
these projects?

Hi Ed,

I don't think they "actively" support these projects. I think you are just
pretty much left to get along on your own. Does anybody know anything more
about this, please?
