It took me two weeks to write the latest version of my blog. I was doing that
to get my head around what we need to do in our forums.
For the same reason, I stumped up the funds to attend the Resilient Futures
Conference and was impressed by the quality of the input. So impressed that I'm
going again tomorrow for an intensive workshop.
I'm quite pleased with my effort in the blog. Pretty much in line with what the
experts are saying. I used the blog and my notes from the conference to seed
all the forums with new posts today.
Leanne Danziel spoke very plainly at the conference. She said we need to make
CERA work even though it's the wrong structure. That requires US, that's you
and me, to demonstrate quality leadership. If we do that, CERA will not be
able to become a law unto itself.
That makes these forums, weak as they are, even more critical.
