E-Democracy builds online public space in the heart of real democracy and community. Our mission is to harness the power of online tools to support participation in public life, strengthen communities, and build democracy.
Not quite the same thing, but the Plant Grow Share program of CANDO recently partnered with Hosmer Library to host a seed library. Pick up 4 packets of free seeds per library visit, available anytime the library is open. If you want to help out or get to know other plant people, there are monthly seed sorting parties on Sundays from 2-4, check the library website for dates.
Happy gardening!
