Am I right or amd I wrong? Marshal law (state of emergency) was not declaired,
in St. Paul ,as the courts where operating clearly the forces positioned in
St. paul where positioned ready to do so and we where at risk of it for days
and this is a legacy and now our burden to sort out as promised. Martial Law &
the The Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution seems to put our mayor and our
Governor at risk of a state and federal constitutional possible impeachable
issue regard (states rights) de facto turning over St Paul and State to police
from jurisdictions outside the state with out cause or due process or a state
of emergency clearly declared.
Now I know crime in my neighborhood is going to occur sooner or later and
there is reasonable data it is going to happen to some one, some where in the
city. So you get out the local, suburban, county, state, other states, and
federals et.al. Military, homeland security, secret service to protect my
neighborhood from an in or out state criminal, for a crime that has not
happened but might happen. Paranoid Yet!
Our Mayor & our Governor either got scott free off with out declaring a state
of emergency otherwise de fakeo did and therefore preemptively usurped the
peoples & states rights and unless there was a clear and present danger he has
clearly taken our state constitution. to a state of federal takeov
er level that was clearly his responsibility and he must be held accountable
for ceding our states rights with a precedent set that aught to be challenged,
or de facto state and national precedent is set in place. . An impeachable
crime appears to be possible from current known facts and the peoples right to
be informed of any danger without caprice. De facto state martial law, allowed,
with or without clear and present danger can only be attributed, then ,to the
power of the presidency, (War powers, Congress, NSC?) and he choose not to
comeHMMMMM!!! Hope the press and legal eagles and city council will take a look
at de facto martial law and the Tenth Amendment! My take on this was that the
extreme measures taken were to protect the president and had he come God knows
what would have happened. What a price we paid indeed for one mans safety while
children, brave & civilized, (excluding apparently known perps) willing to do
civil disobedience simply to get real issues heard at this RNCconvention. I am
feeling ashamed of my city today and as for the mayor governor complicity this
needs vetting dont you think?
Stated as a Respectful questions was marshall law declaired? Answer: NO! Did
de facto marshall law occour? Answer: Yes! Was there a clear and present city
state national danger? Answer: Dont know! Was the president in any national
international danger if he had arrived?
Answer Dont know! Was the 10 ammendment
Vetted, before the state of affairs, by the city, state, and federal law
enforcement lawyers? As I understand Iraq is a military engagement, authorized
by Congress, not a declaired war as it is often referred to. Unanswered
question that need review .how am I doing so far?
