Your immediate help is requested
The following is a petition being circulated by Nobscot residents... and
beyond. Millwood is on the Planning Board Agenda tomorrow (Thursday, Oct 12)
and later in the month the Zoning Board of Appeals. A copy of the petition is
attached.
___________________________________________
Hi everyone,
Capital Group Partners has requested waivers to the zoning by-laws for setbacks
and height restrictions that would allow the developer to build 135 units on
the Millwood golf course. Last night a group of about 20 Framingham residents
met to draft a petition to the Planning Board requesting that they deny these
waiver requests.
The Planning board meets this Thursday, October 12, and we need as many
signatures as possible from Framingham residents that do not believe the
proposed density and number of units should be allowed for the reasons stated
in the petition.
Please open the enclosed attachment, print, sign, and return to my mailbox at
1064 Grove Street before 6pm Thursday, October 12. Better yet, please bring
your copy with signatures to the hearing.
Please also reach out to your neighbors and other Framingham residents by
having them sign your copy or by forwarding this email to them and encouraging
their participation.
Thank you for your immediate attention!
