Geographics for their monetary contributions and Tech.mn and Minne*
for in-kind promotional support. Without he donated space from the
Humphrey School, this event would also not be possible.
While we don't know what kind of drop off we will have on the day, we
may be double the size of our original goal of 75 folks.
If you know others that want to chip in toward our food costs
essentially, let us know or send them to:

The event is on Nov. 12. We are going to send out our first big thank
sponsors note on Tuesday.
One thing we are doing that might be helpful to other CityCamps is
pushing pre-event intros via the blog so graciously donated by
GovFresh. See:
http://citycampmn.govfresh.com/introductions-citycamp-is-all-about-whos-there/
We've had 18 introductions so far and I'll be pushing for lots more.
We've used Eventbrite's e-mail attendee feature a few times now to
start additional "what is an unconference" priming since most will
never have experience such an open format before.
We also customized Eventbrite to gather data on Twitter handles (and
display it), orgs, etc. and we asked a survey question to give a sense
of who is in the room. See link the the chart below.
Cheers,
