Subject: RE: 82 Edmands
Hi Carol,
Thank you for your email, the Planning Board has been in discussions with
both parties. Both has stated that no resolution has been reached.
Therefore, based on this information, the Planning Board will be bringing in
both the owners of 82 Edmands Road and RCS Learning Center for a discussion
regarding next steps. This meeting will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday,
August 9, 2018 - The Planning Board agenda for the respective date will be
posted later this week.
In regards to the plantings that are required for the property - this has
been brought to the attention of the owner's representative. If this
required item is not complete by the August 9th meeting the Planning Board
will be addressing that as well.
Thank you for reaching out and if you could let your abutters know of this
meeting that would be great, amanda

Subject: 82 Edmands
I have asked several city councilors for an update and received back info
that the case is still not settled. But I was also told that the PB has said
the required plantings should be done.
I would like to know whether any deadline and consequence for not meeting
that deadline were set and, if so, what they are. The history of the parties
responding to such requests has been unsatisfactory and there has been no
consequence to them.
As abutters confronted with this visual insult daily, we hope and expect
something happen now.
Thank you,
Carol Levin
