Quantina Beck-Jones, homemaker & community sharing advocate, will be joining us
to teach the last two classes of our 2016 Skill Share Series.
On September 27th learn to make and can APPLESAUCE. With the left over fruit
scraps Quantina will show us how to make fermented âFRUIT SCRAPâ VINEGAR.
On October 4th she will be back to walk us through making APPLE CHUTNEY, a
delicious condiment which is a great accompaniment to roasted meats, spread on
sandwiches or just served with some good cheese and crusty bread.
