According to the *Federal Bureau of Investigation 2007 Mortgage Fraud Report
*, which uses a variety of sources, the top 10 mortgage fraud states for
2007 were:

   1. Florida
   2. Georgia
   3. Michigan
   4. California
   5. Illinois
   6. Ohio
   7. Texas
   8. New York
   9. Colorado
   10. Minnesota

The same report also gives us a chart of "Fannie Mae Top 10 Zip Code Markets
for (Mortgage Loan) Misrepresentations." Ranked #1 is Minneapolis (554).
Type of Mispresentation: Credit and SSN.
