I think it may help people who could be facing a homelessness issue perhaps
avoid such a fate.
And it looks good for " workforce" housing.
Including 30% AMI is a start but is not the same as 30% of Mpls income and
certainly does not reach the same population as would a 30% income
calculation.
I want to be more optimistic, I'm glad this is all being built, and that
these discussions are happening.
But I have a hard time seeing how any of this housing will move the folks I
see on the streets day in and day out ~ into safe, stable housing.
That's just my two cents.
