To member organizations in the Greater Bedminster Community Partnership and
Bemmy Forum,
Hi,
1. I have three volunteers (Charlie, Lorna and Alice) to join me in the task
group below. That's OK, but we could take a couple more. Alternatively,
send ideas to me via the Bemmy Forum or direct.
Possible dates for the initial meeting in October are: Monday 6 1.30pm
onwards; Thursday, 9 1.30pm onwards or Friday, 10 anytime. Could those who
want to be on the group let me know what suits them asap?
2. Next regular meeting of the Co-ordinating Group. Because we have had to
scrub 13 January, we now have to choose between January 20th (Mon), 23rd (Fri)
and 27th (Tues). Please let know me your preference and/or if their are
problems with any of these dates.

Hi,
At the September meeting of the Co-ordinating Group we agreed to set up a
working group to look at several issues. They included:
a.. How might we develop a 'Greater Bedminster Area Plan', ie build upon the
priorities that we have already determined?
b.. Should we hold a 'conference' in the new year and what form would it
take?
c.. How can we develop the Better Bedminster Community Chest?
I know that most people will not want to be involved in this, but I'm hoping
that there will be a few.
A lot of our discussion can be by e-mail and/or we can meet up for chats
(perhaps in pleasant surroundings?)
Rather than involving everyone in lots of correspondence, please get back to me
if you would like to be part of this working group. Once I've identified the
group, I'll suggest some dates for meetings.
