NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - 175 MILLWOOD STREET AND 818 GROVE STREET
APPLICATION OF CAPITAL GROUP PROPERTIES
Pursuant to Sections II.B, IV.B, IV.E, V.F, V.H., V.I, VI.E, and VI.F of the
Framingham Zoning By-Law and the General By-laws (Article VI, Section 8 and
Article VI, Section 10, the Framingham Planning Board, will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Ablondi Room, Memorial
Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts. The public
hearing will be held to consider the application for a Modification to the
previously approve Planning Board Decision dated June 18, 2018. Modifications
include relocation of residential units, revisions to the landscaping plans,
and request for waivers. The properties are zoned Single Family Residential
(R-4) and listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 055-61-9888-000 and
045-72-9514-000. The application and plan submittal is available for review in
the Planning Board Office, Room 205 of the Memorial Building and available
online at www.framinghamma.gov on the Planning Board Webpage. The legal notice
