For more info, call 721-1601. *Other* - *Klodt, Inc has appealed two site plan review conditions placed on its proposed multi-family dwelling (apartment building) at 3725-29 29^th Ave S*, and the Zoning and Planning Commission will hear this appeal on Thursday, May 8 at 9:30 a.m. In short, the conditions limit the structure to 40 feet in height and require the 4^th floor to be set back 10 feet.
