diversity of views.
We know that the topic elicits many feelings and we appreciate your efforts to
talk and challenge each other in a polite and respectful way. thank you!
We, your forum staff, ask you to remember a couple of groundrules to help keep
the conversations as a positive critique in this marketplace of ideas.
1. NO PERSONAL NAMES should be used in replies. Sure, we love it when people
agree with us, but it is equally important to protect each other when we
disagree.
Please do not direct responses to individuals - or about individuals by name.
You might say something like: in response to the post about XYZ, I think . . .
you'd be surprised what a difference this can make!
2. CITE YOUR REFERENCES, whenever possible for "facts" you post.
A reference is simply where you got your information. It can come from
something you read, a friend, your own experience. This allows us to understand
your point of view - and why you feel this way.
Good job to all.
We hope to hear more from others who have not posted. We value your opinion.
