Hello Deborah,
Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I switched from the name brands and
buy them at BJ's. The BJ's brand are the same ingredient and work just as
well at less the cost.
It may sound strange but when you can't breathe you may try anything. It
may be cool outside but I use to run the air conditioning. It will clear
out the air and help a little. I was always better when I went to work
since my office was a closed system and air conditioned. Keep your house
doors, windows, vets closed.
I have very bad allergies and went for shots and saw a regular allergist.
I've since changed my diet which has helped. Each year I stop drinking
coffee and caffeine and stop any kind of white sugar. No sugar, no sweets
from Jan 1 on through Father's Day which for me is the end of tree
pollination. I still take a daily BJ's Claritin but overall my eyes are
not watering and I'm not sneezing. Once I get through the tree season and
all the leaves are dark green I feel safe. I still don't go crazy but I
will have an occasional coffee from Dunks which I won't do in the spring.
Hope you feel better.
