can help inspire you with new recipes, ingredients, and methods.
In The Basics

make:
- Sauces and condiments
- Soups (like the classics - chicken noodle and cream of tomato; and
some more unique ones like spicy tofu shiitake miso soup)
- Whole grain dishes (like risotto and tabbouleh)
- Protein-forward meals (like fajitas and frittatas)
- And more!
In Getting Creative

support classes for students at the University of Minnesota

*University of Minnesota employees and family members enrolled in UPlan who
complete the four-week course (participating in at least six of the seven
lessons: four in-person labs and three home assignments) will earn *150
Wellbeing Program points* and receive a one-time *reimbursement* of $98*.
