Husband, wife and two children (3 and 1) live in the apartment upstairs.
My husband and I are self-employed therapists with a young family who lives in
the apartment upstairs. We are active and friendly. Our tenants benefit from
the convenience and expediency of having a landlord on-site to attend to any
and all need for repairs. We are conscientious and prompt.
We have two children (3 and 1). We do our best to limit the noise to our
downstairs neighbors, but our children are young and energetic, so some
tolerance for the normal noise and movement of children is necessary. We enjoy
hosting impromptu social occasions on our shared front porch for neighbors and
friends, which we hope is a benefit to our tenants who are always welcome. If
you are interested in living in a space where engaging with your neighbors and
enjoying the fruits of living on an unconventional street with shared community
space, this may be the place for you.
If you have children, we are 1/2 a block from a brand new tot park owned and
maintained by the Milwaukee Ave Housing Association with public access for you
to enjoy. This park is well attended by a group of neighboring families who are
friendly and fun and for whom enjoying the park and catching up with neighbors
is a nightly affair. There is no better place to live with small children, as
the community here is a dream. We are looking for tenants who enjoy a
beautiful, unique living environment, who will attend to and respect the space
and who will enjoy being neighbors to our young family upstairs. Non-smokers
