Welcome to the Cowley Neighbourhood Forum. This is an online forum to discuss
issues and share information specific to the Cowley neighbourhood in Oxford.
We've subscribed you, based upon your recent expression of interest in this

Most of you will have recently received a message welcoming you to the
"Crowley" neighbourhood forum. This was an unpleasant mistake on my part,
please forgive me. Hopefully, we've got it fixed (this message is also a test,
to be sure that the forum is working properly).

This forum is NOT YET OPEN for posting. If you try to post a message, you will
get a message saying that your post is being held for moderation. We do not
plan to approve any posts, until we officially announce that the forum is open
for business.
We expect the forum to open in the near future, watch for an official update in
the next few days.

Welcome everyone to the Cowley Discussion Forum.
I am Shey Cobley and I work for Oxford City Council. I will be helping moderate
the forum for the first few weeks. I am here not to monitor what you are saying
but just to help you out with any technical questions you may have.
In a few weeks I will hand the reins over to your steering group that is made
up of Cowley residents.
The forum is here as a tool for you. You can discuss any issue that relates to
Cowley. You set the agenda.
If you do not think that this forum is for you then simply email
<email obscured> and you will be removed.
A few of you have already sent some posts through, as you are keen to get
started. I have them saved at the moment ready for when we go live.
The forum will be open to all on Monday 14th April.
In the next couple of days I will be sending around some tips and guidance so
you will be ready to take part as soon as we open.
