YAKTRAX: Feel safe running and walking in the snow and ice

I have a pair of Yaktrax (size small) never been opened. Currently selling for
28.75 at Walmart. Will sell for 8.00. Friends say it enables them to run/walk
safely on the ice and snow. --Charlotte

I'm interested in them, but I probably wouldn't be able to pick them up until
Saturday.

Are they one-size-fits-all?
