I read the mpls recycling page and it was not clear. Is plastic clamshell packaging (from places like Costco) recyclable? I just bought a dozen apples there and the package is intense.
If they aren't recyclable, (and after you've reused them a time or two), then they go to the garbage burner to be recycled into heat for those downtown buildings. They burn well.
Each should have a triangle with a number. Consult the city web site to learn which numbers are verbotten.
