Now through Oct. 1, the University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener
Volunteer Program is looking for volunteers who are interested in learning
best-practices for fruit and vegetable gardening and sharing that knowledge
in their communities.
Volunteers complete an online horticulture training course where they learn
the best research-based practices for growing plants, diagnosing plant
diseases and managing pests. They share their learning with neighbors and
community residents. Learn more about the program here

Consider becoming a volunteer! And help us spread the word. Encourage your
community partners and collaborators to recruit volunteers in their
communities -- and to consider applying themselves! Applications are posted
online at extension.umn.edu/master-gardener/become-master-gardener and are
open through Oct. 1.
