Link/Prizm push into Minneapolis? We had always figured Comcast was the
benchmark but Century Link has dug a few layers deeper. We took a chance when
they were going to door to door last fall, ready to be done with Comcast, but
for the most part regretted the decision. A few of these would be
understandable but as a whole seem like a pattern. Curious if anyone else has
had this or if we just had bad luck.
Bait & switch on channels (sales rep gave a list of channels showing HD, but
when installer came, we only had standard def package, upgrade to HD was
another $10 month)Periods of daily outages (internet & tv) (Funny thing is the
outage message on tv directs you a website, no phone # listed)
Significant price increase without explanation (while theoretically under year
long contract)
Hour long phone call to scale back speeds/channels, ignored and instead filed
as "upgrade to fiber to home" (discovered after second hour long phone call
when next months bill came)$50 incentive gift card that never arrived, was
"misfiled" according to hour long phone call #1, eventually did come
Anyone else had weirdness with them?
