In the past week I have had one LED and one newish halogen bulb fail
well before their time - as well as a mysterious light switch failure
(which could well be unrelated). I checked the supply voltage, which
is reading at 250.1V at the moment. This is just within the standard
of up to 253V as far as I can work out, but I'm wondering whether this
is the cause of these failures. I don't monitor the supply voltage
regularly but wonder whether it's increased recently?
I suppose whilst it's within tolerance there is not much point in
complaining to the suppliers, but if that's the cause it's a bit
frustrating.
Cheers,
Dominic.
