Unless the US Federal Government agree to the conditions below, Framingham
should NOT cooperate with the US Federal Government in regard to enforcement of
the US Federal Immigration Laws.
Here are the conditions that the US Federal Government must meet without
exception:
*Each and every person that gets detained by the local police for immigration
law violations MUST be taken custody by the US Federal Government and processed
for deportation as prescribed by the US Federal Immigration Laws.
*Put priority in cracking down on sanctuary employers, sanctuary businesses,
and their sanctuary customers. After all, it is a Federal Offense for one to
knowing or should have known that they are employing someone in violation of
the US Federal Immigration Laws.
If for some reason that US Federal Government is either unable or unwilling to
follow through with the above conditions, then Framingham is best served to not
cooperate with the US Federal Government in regard to illegal immigration
issues. It is either illegal for someone to be in this country or it is legal
for that some someone to be in this country. Just like there is no half of a
heart attack, there is no half way when it comes to the US Federal Immigration
Laws. In short, when the US Federal Government does not enforce the US Federal
Immigration Laws full and impartially without exception, then the US Federal
Government is in breach of the US Federal Immigration Laws, hence, why should
Framingham cooperate with the US Federal Government when the US Federal
Government is in breach of the US Federal Immigration Laws? Pretty hypocritical
of the US Federal Government if they should penalize Framingham for being a
sanctuary city.
