Hello!
I'm posting to raise awareness about a wonderful resource available to
Roseville residents, the Housing Resource Center. It is a program of the
Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation.
We worked with them last summer to secure a low interest (4%)Roseville Home
Improvement Revolving Loan to replace the siding on our home.
Not only did they administer the loan, but they also have a construction
manager who will come to your home to provide free construction consultations.
We were doing the work ourselves. Paul Soenneker (Construction Manager) came to
our home at our request on several occasions to answer our technical questions.
He was helpful, friendly, encouraging and a pleasure to work with.
I would encourage anyone needed home improvement financing and/or advice to
contact the Housing Resource Center.
I've pasted contact info and more information below from their website.
Thank you,
Teresa Kothbauer
Thank you Teresa for sharing a positive experience that you had with the Housing Resource Center. I would just like to add that the Housing Resource Center along with the loan program that you mention is provided by the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA). Each year the RHRA budgets money for this resource to be provided to Roseville Residents. If anyone would like to know more about the RHRA you can find it on the Roseville City's web page.
